Suggested use
Before wearing wipe down SteelFit Thigh Trimmers with a damp cloth before initial use. Use a clean cloth to dry off or air-dry overnight.

How to Wear
Notice the "L" & "R" on the Thigh Trimmers, which indicate use on the left (L) and right (R) thigh. Before exercise, adjust your Thigh Trimmers to desired position and wrap comfortably around your thigh. SteelFit Thigh Trimmers are designed to be worn either under your workout clothing or on top.

Note: When worn directly on skin better results are achieved.
