Peptide Calculator
Convert peptide amounts and solution volume into concentration, millilitres and syringe units for your selected scale.
Your Conversion
EXAMPLE ONLY= 0.05 mL
for the entered dose of 250 mcg
Syringe units measure volume on a U-100 scale. They are not milligrams or units of peptide activity.
Illustrative numbers only; not a recommended dose.

Understanding Your Numbers
These measure the amount of peptide. One milligram equals 1,000 micrograms.
This measures liquid volume. Concentration connects the amount of peptide to that volume.
U-100: 1 unit = 0.01 mL. U-40: 1 unit = 0.025 mL. For mL markings, read the volume directly. Capacity does not change these conversions.
How the conversion is calculated
Concentration (mg/mL) = vial amount (mg) ÷ final solution volume (mL). Volume (mL) = entered amount (mg) ÷ concentration. Syringe units = volume (mL) × the selected scale (100 for U-100; 40 for U-40). mL-only mode reports volume without unit conversion. Results are rounded for display, not to a syringe graduation.
