What does the evidence tell us?
Trials in people with particular liver diseases do not establish routine detox benefits in healthy users. They also do not show that TUDCA prevents harm from alcohol or bodybuilding drugs.

Diarrhea and other digestive symptoms can occur. Liver, gallbladder or bile-duct problems require medical assessment. Do not substitute it for prescribed treatment; discuss use with your clinician.
