Carbon Fiber is taken twice per day, whenever convenient. We recommend between your first two meals and between your last two meals of the day.
Psyllium – a soluble fiber that passes through the digestive system without being completely broken down or absorbed. It is derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata, and herb grown mainly in India. Psyllium is used to treat constipation, diarrhea, lowers blood sugar levels, aids in weight loss, lowers cholesterol levels, improves heart health, and acts as a prebiotic, helping with serious gut conditions like Colitis and Crohn’s.
For maximum results, on training days we suggest 1-2 scoops daily. Up to 4 scoops daily can be taken if necessary.
Can I stack Carbon Fiber?
You can combine Carbon Fiber with Athlete’s Superfood or take it on its own.
We recommend taking Carbon Fiber on its own as it could impair the absorption of oral medications if taken at the same time. Drink approximately 1-2 hours before or after medication.
You can, and should, take it daily for optimal health.
