Good service

I had already tried this product and have had good recommendations from others about it. I like the simplicity and quality of the ingredients . My real comment is regarding the purchase experience. Your website and e-purchase setup was easy to navigate and professional. Free shipping was nice. Purchase confirmation was appreciated and product tracking accurate. All in all a positive experience. The selection of products was good and easy to search.
The free protein bar was a nice touch. Gotta say though, the flavour and texture was literally hard to swallow. 😁
I did notice later that I can get the same product in the 2 lb format cheaper at Walmart. However they don’t seem to carry the 5 lb format and their flavour availability is limited and sporadic.

Thanks Shaun. The product in mass market (Walmart and grocery) is different than what is in the Health Food channel (us). The one we have is higher quality. The same name does cause confusion. I saw a post on social recently that discussed this. I'll try to find it and send it to you.
